Me\u0111utim, All on Four koncept ovde nudi konkretnu prednost jer zahteva manju raspolo\u017eivost kosti. <\/p>\n Tako\u0111e, za razliku od klasi\u010dnih implanata, kod ovog pristupa nema \u010dekanja da se implanti oseointegri\u0161u, ve\u0107 pacijent napu\u0161ta ordinaciju sa gotovim akrilatnim mostom koji se istog dana \u0161rafi u postavljene implante. <\/p>\n Nakon godinu dana ili kasnije, akrilatni most mo\u017ee da se zameni mostom od metalokeramike ili zirconium bezmetalne keramike, u skladu sa \u017eeljama pacijenta.
