Dentalni (oralni) implant je fabri\u010dka \u00a0konstrukcija koja se hirur\u0161ki ugra\u0111uje u vili\u010dnu kost, a slu\u017ei kao nadoknada izgubljenog zuba i osnova je budu\u0107e protetske nadoknade. <\/p>\n

Utvrdjuje se koli\u010dina ko\u0161tane mase i odre\u0111uje se dimenzija, broj i mesto ugradnje implanata, kao i vrsta kasnijeg protetskog rada.<\/p>\n

U prvoj fazi, u vili\u010dnu kost se ugra\u0111uje\u00a0 ve\u0161ta\u010dki \u0161raf, naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e od titanijuma, koji zamenjuje koren zuba. Zatim se implant pre\u0161iva sluzoko\u017eom usne duplje i \u010deka se da prodje period osteointegracije (srastanje implanta u kosti). Nakon tri do \u0161est meseci, u zavisnosti\u00a0 od vilice u kojoj je ugradjen implant, pristupa se drugoj, zavr\u0161noj fazi.<\/p>\n

Druga faza je otkrivanje implanta i protetska rehabilitacija. Posle osteointegracije, kapica (former) na vrhu implanta se uklanja i umesto nje se postavlja suprastruktura koja se u\u0161rafljuje u titanijumski koren. Zatim se na osnovu otiska izradjuje protetska nadoknada.<\/p>\n

    Najpre se napravi\u00a0 plan intervencije na osnovu rtg snimka. Utvrdjuje se koli\u010dina ko\u0161tane mase i odre\u0111uje se dimenzija, broj i mesto ugradnje implanata, kao i vrsta kasnijeg protetskog rada.\"impl<\/a><\/p>\r\n\"imp<\/a>\r\n

    U prvoj fazi, u vili\u010dnu kost se ugra\u0111uje\u00a0 ve\u0161ta\u010dki \u0161raf, naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e od titanijuma, koji zamenjuje koren zuba. Zatim se implant pre\u0161iva sluzoko\u017eom usne duplje i \u010deka se da prodje period osteointegracije (srastanje implanta u kosti). Nakon tri do \u0161est meseci, u zavisnosti\u00a0 od vilice u kojoj je ugradjen implant, pristupa se drugoj, zavr\u0161noj fazi.<\/p>\r\n

    Druga faza je otkrivanje implanta i protetska rehabilitacija. Posle osteointegracije, kapica (former) na vrhu implanta se uklanja i umesto nje se postavlja suprastruktura koja se u\u0161rafljuje u titanijumski koren. Zatim se na osnovu otiska izradjuje protetska nadoknada.<\/p>\r\n

    Sama procedura ugradnje implanata je potpuno bezbolna i traje oko tridesetak minuta.
